The T’ai Chi Class has started back on Thursday evenings at Caludon Castle Sports Centre 7.30-9pm. Beginners are welcome. Just ask at the reception for directions.
Join us for free online Tai Chi classes during the Lockdown. You will need a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer, some space, and an internet connection.
Please register your interest and tell us which days you are available on our Association’s main website. The classes are free of charge but if you wish to make a donation, we recommend £7 per week, £24 for four weeks or £40 for eight weeks. You can train once a week or every day of the week, beginners, intermediate and advanced students daytime and evening, each class lasts for an hour.

Each term we have a weekend for instructors and advanced students, by invitation only. This term’s course will be at the Caludon Castle Sports Centre in Coventry.
Chee Soo brought Tai Chi to the Midlands back in the 1980s. He taught evening classes in Coventry at the Alderman Callow school, now called Westwood academy, and he lived in Charter Avenue in Canley. He also taught weekend Course and an Easter and Summer Course lasting three weeks including Tai Chi, Feng Shou kung fu and Health and Massage.
This weekend the Birmingham club at Stirchley Baths in Bourneville will be hosting a Tai Chi course on Saturday 10am-5pm.
