We are starting back our T’ai Chi class for the summer term at Caludon Castle Sports Centre on Thursday 1st May 7.30-9pm.
Practicing T’ai Chi in the summer offers unique benefits like improved flexibility from warmer temperatures and the chance to connect with nature through outdoor sessions. The sunshine boosts mood and vitamin D levels, while the gentle movements help relieve stress, improve balance, and enhance overall energy. Summer’s vibrant yang energy pairs well with T’ai Chi’s calming flow, promoting both physical vitality and inner peace.
Beginners are welcome to join us. Just ask at the reception to find where we are. For further information, contact Martin on 07779 029976
